Lately, I’ve been learning something important.
Life doesn’t slow down for anyone. Between responsibilities, deadlines, and trying to keep up with everything, it’s so easy to forget yourself.
I used to think self-care had to be something big, but now I’ve realized it’s often the smallest moments that matter the most.
Taking a few minutes to slow down, wash my face, and simply breathe has become a little ritual that brings me peace.
