My self-care story is about learning to pause. With days filled with college, work, creating, editing, and constantly thinking about what comes next, I often forget to slow down. Somewhere between finishing one thing and starting another, I realised that I needed moments that were just for me. For me, self-care isn’t about having a perfect routine. It’s those little moments when I put my phone away, take a breath, take care of my skin, and allow myself to simply be. My skincare routine has slowly become one of those moments — a quiet reminder that I don’t always have to be productive. Sometimes, I can just pause, breathe, and take care of myself. Being a LOREteller, to me, means owning those little moments and making space for my own story….
