For a long time, I kept comparing myself to others. Their looks, their skin, their lives. I thought selfcare was something you earned after becoming “good enough.”
But slowly, I learned that selfcare isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about being kinder to yourself. Romanticising little moments. Slowing down. Taking care of yourself even on days you don’t feel your best.
Now, selfcare feels less like chasing perfection and more like choosing myself a little more every day 🤍✨
